Fish Guidance Systems

Upgrade to ISO 9001:2015

FGS is pleased to announce that following an assessment by UKAS accredited assessors Alcumus ISOQAR, Fish Guidance Systems has achieved recognition for its quality management systems with the award of ISO 9001:2015 certification.

ISO 9001:2015 is the world's most highly recognised standard for a quality management system, and the accreditation covers all aspects of the company's work, including the research, development, design, assembly, commissioning, hire and servicing of the company's behavioural fish deflection systems. ISO 9001:2015 is the new version of the quality standard which replaces ISO 9001:2008.

Dr David Lambert, Managing Director of FGS comments - "This certification is very important to us and I'm sure, to our customers. While we already had quality assurance procedures in place under ISO 9001:2008, updating our quality management systems to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates FGS's continuing commitment to both the quality and reliability of our systems.”
